I think we can all agree that what we need most in this world is more peace and love. People have been waiting a long time to see such a change in the world, but if we want it to happen, we need to take action. How can we accomplish such a feat? There is only one way, the change has to start within each one of us.  

Our very nature is the source of peace and love. When you remove all the blockages that you put in the way, you begin to feel at ease and joyful. That feeling can’t help but radiate out to people around you and like a ripple the peace and love within you goes out to wider and wider circles.
